Every Teradrive examination is performed in-house at our Langley main office. Tools are licensed, current, and named in every examiner report so opposing counsel can verify methodology.
Our main office is at 20627 Fraser Hwy in Langley, British Columbia. Every device that enters our custody, regardless of where it was picked up or shipped from, is examined here. The main office is the operational centre of the practice.
The main office includes a Faraday-shielded acquisition area for mobile device intake, isolating devices from cellular, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth signals during examination. A secured evidence storage room with documented access logs and tamper-evident seals on every container. A board-level rework bench for chip-off, JTAG, and ISP extractions on damaged or locked devices. Encrypted storage infrastructure for working copies and archived evidence. Environmental controls appropriate for sensitive electronic evidence.
Access is restricted to credentialed examiners. Visitors are escorted at all times. We support computer, mobile, and cloud forensics on Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android, plus advanced mobile extraction (chip-off, JTAG, ISP) for cases where conventional acquisition tools cannot read the device. We list our toolset publicly because lawyers, IT buyers, and triers of fact ask.

Direct extraction from BGA/TSOP NAND on damaged or locked devices using infrared rework station and reader hardware.

Test-access port acquisition for supported devices when standard logical/physical methods are unavailable.
ISP (In-System Programming)
eMMC / UFS direct read for selected devices, retaining device function where possible.
Hardware write-blockers
Tableau and equivalent write-blockers used on every acquisition where applicable.
