Book a confidential consultation.
Reach out for a confidential conversation. Our team will get in touch as soon as possible. For urgent incidents, call (778) 900-5187 during phone hours.

Please note: we are not the right resource for these engagements
- Checking a personal phone or computer for spyware or tracking software
- Investigating a personal email or social media account you believe was hacked
- Identifying who is behind an anonymous account or message
What to expect after you get in touch.
Every intake starts the same way: a short, confidential scoping call with a working forensic examiner — not a sales representative. On that call we ask about the legal posture of the matter, the custodians and devices involved, the deadlines in play, and whether the work will be filed under privilege. Most calls run fifteen to thirty minutes. Scoping conversations are not billable, and there is no obligation to proceed at the end of them.
If it looks like a fit, we follow the call with a written scope, engagement letter, and fee estimate before any device is touched. If the matter is urgent — a departing employee, a ransomware event, an Anton Piller execution, a suspected data breach — we can typically start acquisition the same business day, and we hold after-hours capacity for genuine emergencies. If it does not look like a fit, we will tell you and, where we can, refer you to another lab.
For matters filed under solicitor–client privilege, please make first contact through counsel. For matters where counsel has not yet been retained, our intake team can preserve evidence under a limited-scope engagement while you finalise representation. In either case, we do not begin substantive examination until a written engagement letter is signed.
Every submission and every phone call is treated as confidential. We do not resell client information, we do not maintain a public client list, and we do not name past matters without explicit written permission.
